About Us

Marketing Transaction Coordinator was established in March 2020 during the pandemic by Julie Nguyen. For the first six months, she worked alone. After this period, Julie hired her first assistant, Katie. Katie worked with Julie as her assistant for 18 months before becoming the company's first full-time independent transaction coordinator.

As our partners grew, so did our team. By 2023, the Marketing Transaction Coordinator had hired a processor, a social media assistant, and a marketing manager. Our team closed over 300 files in 2023, and we continue to surpass our previous years' records.
