Yes, if you opt for the full-service listing coordination package, a $195 cancellation fee applies to cover MLS data entry, office compliance, and initial work completed.


 These are complimentary and not branded to individual agents. Only the brokerage logo will appear on the post, keeping all content uniform. Agents are welcome to share the closing-day post on their own social media platforms.


No, we are an independent transaction coordination company. We work with agents across Florida, Alabama, and Texas, but we are not in-house or owned by any brokerage, team, or group.


No, I assist agents strictly in a transaction coordinator capacity. Agents remain responsible for all negotiations, including addendum wording and obtaining any required quotes.


Yes, we assist agents by preparing and sending required or requested addenda for signature and distributing them to all parties. However, we do not draft addendum language. Agents must provide the exact verbiage, which we will prepare and circulate accordingly.


No, you will be assigned 1 coordinator that you will work with on all your files.


Yes, as long as agent provides us with the listing agreement to verify and the MLS data form so we can use those informations to input the listing.


No, since we do not know anything about the property and can't make a visual "story" on the property, we rely on the agent to provide this as they've walked the property.


You submit the contract by forwarding over the final email with the executed contract, all applicable disclosures, addendums, and a fully completed MTC Intake email. The contract intake will be provided to you at the start of our business partnership. You can do an email contract intake or a LINK submission.


Our primary system is Dotloop, agents can "add us as a team member" to those files or provide their credentials. Other systems that we know are: Appfiles, CB Desk, Compass, Docu-sign, Dotloop, Form Simplicity, KW Command, Skyslope, Total Brokerage, TransactionDesk, Realty Back Office, Qualia, and this list continues to grow.
